I made a thing a 100 years ago with IRC pumper and a bunch of weak scripting.

LinkHistory: Keeps track of all the links posted in channels

Asciipaste : NyanCat, Coughing, Snorlax etc

ColoredText: Red Green or Blue text.

You can run the script from a newer MIRC client too but seeing as most people are on Discord these days, this is just probably worth a lame giggle.
