Sorry-- Rogers is only on top because Bell fibe is shit and Rogers owns a monopoly all over canada; metered bandwidth is complete shit. It's also almost $70 for 120 GB. Like why. Am I supposed to give them props because I'm going to owe them MORE money at the end of this month? I hope you're kidding.
